A secretary is required + a sales employee over the phone (provided that she is an Arabic speaker) Job Type: Full-time Salary+ very good commission Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily office tasks, including filing, arranging meetings, and organizing documents. - Dealing with emails, phone calls, and inquiries professionally. - Make outgoing calls to current and potential customers to promote products/services. - Prepare and send offers or suggestions as needed. Qualifications and skills: - Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or sales employee over the phone. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Master the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel). - It is preferable to be fluent in both Arabic and English languages. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience: - At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
