United Aviation Services Company for Projects in Saudi Arabia is looking for a maintenance team to join its new project in Al Messila. Swimming pool technician - reference. P01 • High School, Mechanical Diploma, ITI or equivalent. • 5-7 years of experience in swimming pool systems maintenance and pump room operations. • Maintains and troubleshoots pool pump room equipment, ensuring smooth operation of filtration, heating, disinfection and circulation systems. Mechanical Technicians - Reference. P02 • ITI/Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering. • 5-7 years of experience in water treatment, pool systems and large water features. • Experience in pumps, filtration systems and gray water treatment plants. Building Automation System Technician - Reference. p. 03 • ITI/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical or Electronic Systems. • Solid knowledge and understanding of tools and techniques used to maintain, diagnose and repair BMS related issues. HVAC Technician - Reference. p. 04 • ITI/Diploma or equivalent in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. • Between 5 - 7 years of experience in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems. Electrician - Reference. P05 • ITI/Diploma or equivalent in Electrical Certificate. • Between 3-5 years of experience in electrical systems. Plumber - Reference. p. 06 • High School, Mechanical Diploma, ITI or equivalent. • Between 5 - 7 years of experience in plumbing systems. Control Technician - Reference. p. 07 • ITI Certificate/Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Certifications or equivalent. • 5-7 years of experience in low voltage control systems and microcontroller based control systems. • Ability to read and understand block, planning and control documentation. Arab female receptionists - Reference. p. 08 • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent. • 3-5 years of proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or leisure environment. • Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must. Marketing Officer - Reference. p. 09 • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or any related field. • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry. • Proficiency in English and Arabic is a must. Male and Female Certified Lifeguards - Reference. p. 10 • Certified lifeguard with valid lifeguard, CPR and first aid certifications. • The ability to communicate in Arabic is preferred. • 2-4 years of experience working in pools or beach environments. Only local applicants will be accepted. Transferable residency is a must (candidates with government project visas can apply) Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately. All technical positions are required to communicate in English, preferably Arabic. All entries require compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards. All jobs require flexibility in work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays. All technical jobs require the ability to read engineering drawings.
